Licenciada en Bellas Artes por la Facultad de San Fernando, Madrid. Su obra, inicialmente cercana a los presupuestos matissianos, en especial el sentido por la incidencia de la luz, los contrastes y el tratamiento orientalizante del color desde su complacencia y suntuosidad, evoluciona hacia esquemas compositivos en los que el motivo central es la ubicación del pintor haciendo especial énfasis en el medio donde éste vive. De este modo, Ayuso se recrea en lo urbano sometiéndose al rigor geométrico de las estructuras arquitectónicas con un tratamiento cercano casi al hiperrealismo neoyorquino, sin abandonar la sensualidad del color y proyectando, mediante el análisis riguroso de la realidad, una apariencia fabricada por los reflejos y los nítidos contrastes de planos acristalados y estructuras compartimentadas. Destacan sus exposiciones individuales en la Galería Seiquer, Madrid (1997), Galería Pasarte, Madrid (2000) y Galería Versión, Madrid (2001). Su obra se encuentra en la Colección del Ayuntamiento de Valdepeñas, Museo Municipal de Arte Contemporáneo, Madrid, y Colección La General, Granada.
